Training & Professional Development | NonProfit Solutions

Designed and delivered a Giving & Receiving Feedback workshop for professionals and leaders representing five nonprofit organizations in San Diego County. Customized scenarios reflected the real-world situations participants encounter in their work.

Participants described the workshop as "useful" and "refreshing," and 100% of survey respondents strongly agreed that the facilitator was dynamic and engaging. 

 
 
 
 

Instructional Design & Learning Development | HD Supply

Partnered with HD Supply's Customer Care leadership and newly formed Instructional Design team to establish a shared foundation of best practices.

Using Elusen's 4 A's of Effective Workplace Learning framework, we assessed needs and existing capabilities, aligned learning objectives, and designed a two-day workshop incorporating a live project where participants could immediately apply new skills.

Thirty-day follow-up assessments showed participant-reported increases of up to 29% in confidence and competence.
