Tanya Hoffmann
Tanya Hoffmann founded Elusen, Inc. to help individuals and organizations expand their capabilities through learning, collaboration, and practical application.
With more than 20 years of experience in facilitation, training, instructional design, and project management, Tanya has worked with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to government agencies, nonprofits, and emerging businesses.
Her approach combines thoughtful learning design with engaging facilitation, creating environments where participants feel connected, contribute their experiences, and translate learning into action.
Tanya has led training teams recognized among Training Magazine's Top 100 from 2019–2023. She was recognized as Remarkable Woman of the Year representing San Diego in 2026. Her commitment to professional development and community impact also extends through LifeYou, Elusen's innovative program for young adults which was recognized as a finalist in Cause San Diego’s 2026 Social Impact Awards.
